1. Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
Every minute you spend with us is important — and we make sure it’s worth it.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

No-shows will also be subject to the cancellation fee.
